1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image. We also store your plan status and the basic account metadata needed to operate the service.
2. Payments
Stripe processes checkout, renewals and invoices. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored on Raindance AI servers. We receive payment status and limited billing identifiers.
3. Analytics and cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records aggregated page and interaction data. Essential cookies remain required for authentication.
4. Generation-preview data
The current Raindance AI experience uses a preview rendering queue. It does not upload or retain source character images or produce downloadable videos.
5. How information is used
We use account data to authenticate you, determine whether a plan is active, provide billing support, prevent abuse and understand aggregate site performance.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by emailing support@raindanceai.lol. Active subscriptions can also be managed from the billing area.
